Favorite Recruiter Tools and Resources

If you have regularly used, and highly recommend, an inexpensive recruiting tool, please email us your recommendation.  If we post it to our site because of your recommendation, we'll give you credit.  (Note: We don't accept any commissions or advertising monies from any of these vendors.  If we recommend a tool, it's because it's good, not because we're out to make a buck.)

Store docs - big docs - that you and/or your candidates can access via a secure web download.  It's like having a personal network drive on the web, and it integrates with LinkedIn, so that you can store recruitment marketing materials right "on" your profile.

Date Website Last Modified
Have you ever come across a great page on the web - maybe it's a bio on a personal homepage, or a list of companies or names - that has no date on it? It can be difficult to tell how old, and therefore, how useful, some pages are. Go to a webpage, then paste this javascript

javascript:alert(document.lastModified)

into your address bar (where you normally type a URL), and a pop up window will show you the date this page was last modified.
