Ms. Bertany has served in Director and VP level HR and recruiting leadership roles with companies like Clearwire, Cranium, Drugstore.com, AT&T Wireless and Real Networks. As a successful consultant, she's worked with emerging companies to build out their HR functions and serve as a trusted advisor to executive teams. She holds a degree in HR from the University of Michigan and an MBA from DePaul University.
Ms. Hudson has spent years honing her craft as a recruiter and recruiting leader. She’s played recruiting leadership roles with companies like Capital One, Amazon.com, Starbucks, Microsoft, and – most recently – Yahoo, where she’s Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition. Ms. Hudson is a sought after speaker and has played an active role in professional recruiting organizations and recruiting leadership roundtables. She holds a degree in journalism from Northwestern University.
Mr. Johnson has spent 20 years in the recruitment industry, serving as the Director of Recruiting for Crystal Decisions in Vancouver, B.C, Director of Recruiting for Eddie Bauer, and Director of North American Recruitment for Starbucks. He possesses a deep understanding of the businesses he supports, and still finds opportunities to play a hands on role for critical openings. Ian holds a degree in Business from Pacific Lutheran University.
Mr. Maltos has led large recruitment teams on both the professional services and corporate sides. As an Area Manager with Manpower, he led teams from Northern California to Alaska. At Washington Mutual, he led both the corporate and commercial recruiting teams, as well as the retail banking teams. Mr. Maltos brings an especially strong entrepreneurial, business approach to recruitment. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
